The Yellowhammer Market is a FREE Community Event meant to showcase Alabama’s Finest Artists, Makers, Vintage Sellers and More.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

All vendors must follow the stated Rules and Regulations or they may be asked to leave and will not be invited back for future markets.

• Be cool. The Yellowhammer Market is a family event meant to be a good time for vendors and patrons. Yellowhammer Print Shop reserves the right to ask anyone to leave the event if they disturb the peace or are perceived as a threat.

• Vendors must be prepared to set up, operate and breakdown their booths efficiently.

• Vendors must supply their own fixtures and supplies including: 10’ x 10’ Canopy Tent WITH WEIGHTS and Display Fixtures (Tables, Chairs, Shelves, Etc.)

• There is NO access to power, so come with all necessary devices fully charged.

• Gas generators are not permitted, electric generators or batteries are acceptable.

• Vendors may only present unique works they have created (art, maker goods, food, snack, etc.), or vintage goods. Mass-produced goods and third-party resellers will not be accepted.

• Vendors are responsible for all their own accounting, sales tax collection and reporting.

• Leave No Trace: Vendors are responsible for clearing their booth space once the event is over.

• All vendors are present on their own volition. Vendors must fill out a Hold Harmless Form before vending.
